For the fourth consecutive year, DataFest Yerevan united over 1,000 participants, including data science, AI, and machine learning professionals from all over the world. The conference is renowned for featuring globally acclaimed speakers from Armenia and 11 other countries, representing top-tier companies and institutions such as Hugging Face, DeepMind, Amazon Web Services, WANNA, Microsoft, and the University of Zurich.

Plan A played a key role as the event’s primary management partner. Our responsibilities spanned comprehensive event management, from the initial design concepts to the final execution. We meticulously handled every aspect of the event, including orchestrating speaker schedules, managing sponsor relationships, and coordinating logistical needs. Our efforts also encompassed social media strategies, marketing campaigns, and overseeing accommodations and catering.

The conference spanned two days at the American University of Armenia, serving as a hub for groundbreaking research and cross-border collaboration. DataFest Yerevan 2023 not only highlighted advancements in the field but also facilitated valuable networking opportunities among industry leaders.
