To address this knowledge gap, the UNDP in Armenia engaged Plan A in the framework of the “Modern Parliament for a Modern Armenia” project, to develop a captivating animated video for school children.

This creative video utilizes dynamic Design and Messaging to simplify the complex process of lawmaking. From drafting and discussion to adoption, the animation breaks down each step into accessible visuals, making the legislative process clear and engaging for young audiences. By leveraging Outdoor Advertisement strategies and targeted Marketing and Communications Campaign techniques, Plan A ensured that the video effectively reached its audience and bridged the knowledge gap in a compelling way.
