BarCamp Yerevan, launched in 2009, is an annual non-conference that unites IT, marketing, communication, and other professionals to share industry trends and innovative tools. Held at the American University of Armenia, this event has seen a growing number of participants and specialists each year.

For BarCamp 2022, which took place on June 18 and 19, Plan A was entrusted with comprehensive Event Management, from printing production to overseeing the event logistics. We ensured that thousands of printed materials – T-shirts, badges, button badges, stickers, banners, and advertising stands – were ready to create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, continuing the event’s cherished traditions.

As part of the BarCamp tradition, an unforgettable afterparty was organized, featuring live performances by renowned bands against the stunning night backdrop of Yerevan. Attendees also enjoyed a variety of delectable dishes, making the evening a memorable conclusion to the event.
