During the 2021 parliamentary elections in the Republic of Armenia, the Union of Informed Citizens NGO partnered with Plan A to spearhead a Marketing and Communications Campaign aimed at enhancing public awareness of the electoral code.
Leveraging our deep understanding of both the marzes and the nuances of Targeting, Plan A strategically positioned billboards in prime locations across Armenia, focusing on areas with a significant youth population. The campaign also utilized targeted ads on Yerevan Metro platforms and informative materials displayed in elevators throughout selected communities in Yerevan.
Through impactful visuals, the public was educated on the different types and levels of penalties for various violations of the electoral code. Television advertising further amplified the reach, ensuring the message resonated across both urban and rural audiences. By simplifying complex legal information into engaging Messaging and Design, Plan A effectively connected with the public, particularly younger voters, fostering a more informed and conscientious electorate.
