In August 2022, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia needed to enhance its ability to communicate effectively with the public regarding social assistance programs and employment opportunities. To address this need, Plan A collaborated with the International Republican Institute (IRI) to develop a tailored social media strategy.

The project began with an in-depth analysis of the Ministry’s communication goals and target audience. Leveraging our expertise in strategy development, we crafted a social media plan designed to optimize outreach and engagement. Our approach included thorough research and a detailed understanding of the Ministry’s needs to ensure the strategy was both relevant and effective.

Our strategy focused on creating a cohesive and compelling social media presence, incorporating well-defined tactics and design adaptations to resonate with the audience. This strategic framework aimed to facilitate clear and timely communication, addressing public queries and increasing the visibility of the Ministry’s initiatives.

Through this collaboration, Plan A helped the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs establish a more robust social media presence, enhancing its ability to connect with and inform the public effectively.
